JAM’s Community Services was started by Jairon & Melissa Howard, a behavioral psychologist specializing in ID/DD care, and Jairon Howard, a seasoned professional with over 10 years of experience in trauma and behavior emergency services. Together, we provide a nurturing environment for adults with developmental or intellectual disabilities.
